Make healthy meals

4 x 2 hours = 8 hours

This is for people who can cook

Cook with fresh ingredients so you can make healthy dishes. 

You can choose healthy recipes or use ours.

  • Ideas for your meals and snacks
  • Cook your favourite dish
  • Use healthy ingredients ie. fresh food, spices and herbs
  • Improve your kitchen management skills 
 

You will need:

  • Portable device – laptop or tablet with camera
  • Your mobile phone to take photos
  • Fast internet
  • Skype, Zoom or FaceTime
  • Person to help you (Learn to Cook required)

4 sessions x 2 hours
