- ¼ cup maple syrup (100% pure)

- ¼ cup milk (nut or coconut milk) - this is only if you use avocado as a base
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
