  • ¼ cup milk (nut or coconut milk) - this is only if you use avocado as a base
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Berries and nuts for the topping
