Service Agreement
You and the Coach together will review the Terms of Service and the policies before signing the Service Agreement.
The Service Agreement includes:

- Timeframe

- Consent
- Signatures
During the appointments
- Teamwork is encouraged
- Policies and documents are reviewed together
- You can exercise your rights and responsibilities
- You can make informed decisions
- You can ask questions to help you understand everything
- Your support people are welcome to be involved and to assist you when necessary
