Vegan Chocolate (and Avocado) Mousse

Cooking time: 2 hours in fridge
Serves: 2 people

Ingredients
1 avocado or 300g Coconut yoghurt or tin of coconut cream
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tbsp orange juice
¼ tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Serve with toppings of your choice:
- Chia seed (gel)
 - Coconut shreds
 - Orange/lemon zests
 - Seeds
 - Berries
 - Mint leaves
 
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix well the yoghurt or cream with cacao powder and maple syrup until it tastes like chocolate
 - Add the cinnamon, juices and vanilla to enrich the chocolate flavour and taste
 - Balance the flavour to suit you
