Buckwheat Pancakes (Gluten-Free)

Serves: 2 people
Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 egg
½ cup milk (any)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon bi carb soda
Salt
Butter (melt in mix before cooking, and cooking)
Fillings
Banana with cream
Berries
Melted chocolate
Cream
Maple syrup or honey
Sprinkled with cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix everything in a bowl (make sure you don’t pour all milk in, just enough to make the mix quite thick)
- Stir well and leave 10 mins for the bubbles to appear
- Heat a frying pan on medium-high heat with butter
- Add a little melted butter to the mix in the bowl and stir well
- Melt butter in frypan
- Pour ¼ cup of pancake mix in the pan – leave it until bubbles appear at the top
- Flip it over and cook the other side until brown
- Keep pancakes warm in an oven until you have made all of them
- Make the fillings and put on the pancakes, and serve
