Simple poached eggs

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1 person
Ingredients
Two free-range eggs, room temperature
1 litre water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, fill with water and bring to boil
- Crack open both eggs into a glass
- Gently pour the eggs into boiling water and take pan off the heat
- Cover pan and let it sit to cook the egg your way:
– Soft – 2-3 mins
– Medium – 3-4 mins
– Hard – 4-6 mins
