Kale chips

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20-30 minutes

Serves: 6 people


1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves ripped into bite-size pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed

1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Flakes (optional – tastes like cheese)

Salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees
  2. Mix olive oil and garlic together in a large bowl
  3. Put kale leaves in the bowl and rub everything with your fingers
  4. Add vinegar and flakes and mix everything
  5. Spread the leaves across on a baking sheet in a tray
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes until crisp. Keep checking it doesn’t burn
  7. Season with salt and serve
