Kale chips
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes
Serves: 6 people
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves ripped into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Flakes (optional – tastes like cheese)
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 120 degrees
- Mix olive oil and garlic together in a large bowl
- Put kale leaves in the bowl and rub everything with your fingers
- Add vinegar and flakes and mix everything
- Spread the leaves across on a baking sheet in a tray
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes until crisp. Keep checking it doesn’t burn
- Season with salt and serve
