Make your own muesli

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2 people

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 apple, diced

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp walnuts

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tsp flaxseed oil



  1. Prepare all the ingredients
  2. Add all to the bowl and stir well
  3. Let it sit for 5 mins (chia seeds will gel up)
  4. Stir again, taste and serve
