Melon Pineapple and Mint Salad

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

1/4 watermelon, chopped

1/2 pineapple, chopped

1/2 bunch mint leaves, washed and chopped



Chia seeds

Sunflower seeds


  1. Prepare all the ingredients
  2. Put all in a bowl and mix well
  3. Store in the fridge for a few days

You can make a drink or a salad, even a breakfast dish! Simply add the toppings on for the flavours and textures.
