Strawberry Smoothie

1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or natural plain yoghurt or plain coconut yoghurt

1/2 cup of your choice of milk or water

1 cup fresh (or frozen) strawberries (or any berries)

Mint leaves (optional)


Mix everything in the blender until smooth.
