Vegetables and fruit smoothie

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2 people

1-2 stalks celery, chopped

2-3 kale leaves, chopped

1 carrot, chopped

1/4 beetroot, chopped

1 apple, chopped

200ml water or coconut water

1 tsp apple cider vinegar


  1. Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables
  2. Put all in a blender
  3. Add the water and blend everything well.
